I have won over 15 Pick 6
tickets in the last two years. But the very largest ones (such as
the $1 Million dollar payout for last year's Belmont, or the $1
Million would-be payout for the Kentucky Derby this year) admittedly
have eluded me, and normally I end up with 4 or 5 of 6 on an
inexpensive ticket.
So I thought, what if I
shared the risk with others? Each of us could risk an amount of
money that we were comfortable with, but with enough contributions
combined, our stake could be very powerful. We could have a low risk
ticket with a much higher probability of winning.
